Privacy Policy for AI Powered Assets

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

Welcome to AI Powered Assets, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights concerning your data when you use our website and AI-powered tools (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Introduction and Scope

This policy applies to information we process as the operator of aipoweredassets.com and the Service. Some of our tools are deployed under a Client’s own brand (“white-label”). Where we process personal information on a Client’s behalf and under the Client’s instructions, the Client’s own privacy notice governs that Client’s end users, and we act as that Client’s service provider/processor.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide Directly. Account Information such as your name, email address, and password (stored in a hashed, non-readable format); and Communications you send us for support or feedback (your name, email, and message contents).

2.2. Payment Information. When you purchase a paid offering, we do not directly collect or store your full card details. We use our third-party payment processor, Stripe, to handle transactions and may receive confirmation data such as the last four digits of your card and your subscription status.

2.3. Information You Provide to the AI (“Input”). We collect the text, prompts, and data you submit to the AI tools within the Service. This is necessary for the AI to generate a response (“Generated Content”) for you.

2.4. Information We Collect Automatically. Using Google Analytics and similar technologies, we automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, and dates/times of visits. We use cookies to operate and administer the Service and gather usage data. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service — create your account, process payments, and deliver core functionality;

To process your AI requests — your Input is sent to a Third-Party AI Provider (see Section 4.1) solely to generate the response you requested;

To improve the Service — we analyze usage data to identify improvements, fix bugs, and develop features;

To communicate with you — service-related announcements, updates, security alerts, and support; and

For security and fraud prevention.

Important: We do not use your Input or Generated Content to train our own AI models, and we do not permit our Third-Party AI Providers to use API-submitted Input or Generated Content to train or improve their models.

4. How We Share and Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below.

4.1. Third-Party AI Providers. To provide AI functionality, your Input is transmitted via API to one or more Third-Party AI Providers, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Manus, and Perplexity. Your Input is processed to generate the requested response and is subject to each provider’s applicable API data-usage terms.

4.2. Payment Processor. We share payment information with Stripe to process payments securely, subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.

4.3. Analytics Provider. We share usage data with Google Analytics to analyze and improve the Service. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4.4. Other Service Providers. We may share information with vendors that support our business, such as hosting and customer support, who are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.

4.5. Legal Requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or in a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of users or the public.

4.6. Business Transfers. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Input and Generated Content may be retained to provide you with your history within the Service and can be deleted upon request.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for or directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

11. Client / End-User Data and Data Processing

Where we build and host tools deployed under a Client’s brand, the Client determines the purposes of processing its own end users’ personal information and acts as the controller, while we act as the Client’s service provider/processor and process such data only on the Client’s documented instructions. The parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Addendum governing these roles.
